Thanks for that. I can't find any prints of JE on this site - can you point us to them please? But as they have Calvin listed under Switzerland (he was French!) they could have JE hidden in a little foreign corner of the site - like all those pre-Revolutionary British subjects (such as Increase Mather) listed under America!
